Section 1
Introduction & Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every person who uses the 77ap platform and all of its services. By creating an account on 77ap or using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Section 2
Eligibility & Age Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

77ap services are available only to individuals aged 21 or older. You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the platform and to participate in any gaming or betting activity.

Warning: Creating or using an account by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account at 77ap:

You must be at least 21 years old.
You are registering under your own identity — opening an account in someone else's name is prohibited.
Each person may only create one account.
All information provided must be completely accurate and truthful.
You are not prohibited from online gaming by the laws of any country or jurisdiction.

2.3 Identity Verification

77ap reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents if required. Withdrawals may be held until identity verification is complete.

Section 3
Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts will be treated as bonus fraud and all accounts will be closed.

3.3 Account Closure

77ap may close or suspend any account under any of the following circumstances:

Violation of the Terms.
Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Providing false or incorrect information.
Operating multiple accounts.
Suspicion of money laundering or any illegal activity.

        You may also request closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team.

Deposits & Withdrawals

77ap supports the most widely used mobile banking and financial methods in Bangladesh. The table below shows the key terms for deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposit Terms

The payment account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Each successful deposit will be reflected in your wallet.
For bank transfers, major banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
The account used for withdrawals must match the account used at the time of deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance (see Section 5).
Withdrawals may be placed under review if suspicious activity is detected.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

77ap offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms, but the general bonus policy is described below.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

77ap's first deposit bonus is 120% of the deposited amount, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.

        Example 1: If you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.

        Example 2: If you deposit ৳18,000, you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳10,000 — total balance ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

When a bonus is claimed, wagering requirements must be met before it can be withdrawn. At 77ap, wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

        Wagering rate: 15x (on the bonus amount).

        Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

Each bonus may only be used once and is non-transferable.
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
Winnings from bonus play must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
77ap reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Bonuses issued in error due to a technical issue may be cancelled.
Bonuses that are not used before their expiry date will be forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

77ap's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through regular gaming activity. VIP cashback is automatically added to your account every week.

Gaming Rules & Restrictions

6.1 Fair Play Policy

77ap is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All game software is sourced from trusted providers and outcomes are determined impartially.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using any kind of software bot or automated tool to play games.
Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
Playing in collusion with other players.
Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug.
Using a false identity or false information.
Conducting money laundering or any other illegal activity.

If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all funds may be forfeited.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error or disconnection, 77ap reserves the right to cancel or adjust the relevant bet at its own discretion. Server logs and technical records will be treated as conclusive evidence in such matters.

Section 7
Sports Betting Policy

7.1 Betting Limits

77ap offers betting on various sporting events such as cricket, football, and kabaddi. Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each market and will be displayed in the interface.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Terms

A bet may be cancelled under the following circumstances:

The event is cancelled or postponed.
Incorrect odds are published (due to a system error).
The match is not completed in the scheduled format.
In the event of force majeure.

7.3 Betting Restrictions

Placing a bet using advance knowledge of an event's outcome or inside information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bet and any winnings from it will be cancelled.

Responsible Gaming Policy

77ap is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want our users to enjoy gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.

Setting Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits.

Taking a Break: You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.

Self-Exclusion: You can request to permanently exclude yourself from the platform.

Limits of Liability

If a game is interrupted due to internet connection issues.
For errors in third-party services or software.
If loss occurs due to your own negligence or disclosure of your account information.
For legal complications related to online gaming in your jurisdiction.
If service is disrupted due to force majeure circumstances.

Please note: Participating in gaming and betting carries the risk of financial loss. Do not place bets beyond your means.

Section 11
Dispute Resolution

11.1 Complaint Submission Process

11.2 Resolution Policy

All disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through amicable discussion.
In disputes regarding game results, server logs will be considered as final evidence.
In disputes regarding payments, transaction records will be reviewed.
If both parties cannot reach an agreement, independent mediation may be arranged.

11.3 Time Limit

Any complaint arising from an incident must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of the date of that incident. Complaints submitted after the specified period may not be considered.

Amendment and Termination of Terms

12.1 Right to Amend

77ap reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms at any time. The date on which changes take effect will be stated on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Right to Suspend Service

77ap reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend all or part of its services at any time. In such cases, the user's valid balance will be returned through the appropriate process.
